Getting knee pain the days after squatting. Using a widish stance, toes pointed out. Knees aren't caving in or anything. Is my form that bad?

Where exactly is the pain?
You're tipping over forward in the bottom because you're too upright during the descent and can't maintain the position. Don't rush the beginning of the descent in a twitchy fashion like you're doing now. Not sure if you are bracing correctly, hard to tell from that angle.
Also, is that low bar or high bar?Log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175660541

Looks to me that you are initiating coming out of the hole with your butt. Your butt is leading the upward movement. That indicates that you are not engaging your hip drive with the legs. They need to be synced up to keep your stability and not pitch forward.
You didn't do it as much on the first rep.
