You know it's easier to digest egg protein when it's denatured... right?

Lol true, but I was trying to be a bit Rocky... for the purpose of the video boiled eggs with soldiers didn't seem quite right lol. Although I do actually eat raw eggs a lot of the time anyway, 'tis quicker and not as risky as you'd think!

Lol I wouldn't recommend this as a regular training programme Zachman! More just something a bit different. The moves in these training montages are always the more obscure ones! You don't often see one-armed dips etc so thought it would be interesting. Anyway, you've got to keep the body guessing! I'm actually hurting today from filming it yesterday. And a lot of this stuff I use myself - just in higher volumes obviously.
And yeah! I'm not making tonnes at the moment but it's steadily increasing. It's fairly easy money for not doing much so if you've got a bit of time to knock up a site go for it! My friend makes a living from websites which was what inspired me so I thought I'd tie it in with bodybuilding.

Enjoy your salmonella while getting less protein:
As for obtaining benefit out of raw eggs for the bodybuilder? The rate of absorption of the raw egg is significantly lower than when it is cooked. I recall a study that involved subjects consuming 25g of egg protein. 6% of the cooked meal and 35% of the raw meal was not absorbed.
Cliffs:
-Raw eggs absorption poor
-Eat whole cooked eggs

Pretty bad ass, I bet more than half the people on this website can't do handstand pushups. Also, for the guys scared to eat raw eggs, I know someone who used to eat(well, drink) 24 raw eggs a day, they never got salmonella.

Lol I love the way most comments are about the tache or the eggs! Well some of you will be happy to hear I'm shaving it off next week... I just get bored and want a new look sometimes!
As for the eggs - like I say it was mostly for dramatic effect. Normally I use human embryos...
Lol nah, but genuinely the chances of getting salmonella are about .001 - and that's less if you eat eggs that are tested for it (which I do). Even then a lot of cases of salmonella are fairly mild. So I wouldn't worry. Statistics vary on what gets you more protein but there's no denying they're quicker raw. Thanks for the concern though! And dude... 24 raw eggs!!!
Thanks also for the positive comments - I'm a big advocate of bodyweight training and love ones that look cool at the same time. They make neat party tricks! I am a martial artist yes, why do you ask?
