On behalf of several members of the community, I would like to express my shock and disappointment at some of Mr. ACslatering's expositions. What follows is the story of how ACslatering can be so rich in the rhetoric of democracy and yet so poor in its implementation. The basal lie that underlies all of his barbaric editorials is that hanging out with snotty, stolid cutthroats is a wonderful, culturally enriching experience. Translation: Divine ichor flows through ACslatering's veins. I doubt you need any help from me to identify the supreme idiocy of those views but you should nevertheless be aware that not only does ACslatering take away our sense of community and leave us morally adrift, but he then commands his cat's-paws, "Go, and do thou likewise."
What really gets my goat is knowing that juxtaposed to this is the idea that contemptuous idiots have an insatiable appetite for ACslatering's dulcet but bleeding-heart piffle. Yet ACslatering is the type of person that turns up his nose at people like you and me. I guess that's because we haven't the faintest notion about the things that really matter such as why it would be good for him to create an ACslatering-centric society in which oppressive cult leaders dictate the populace's values and myths, its traditions and archetypes. His reasoning is circular and therefore invalid. In other words, he always begins an argument with his conclusion (e.g., that he is omnipotent) and therefore—not surprisingly—he always arrives at that very conclusion.
I suspect that it can be safely said that it is widely known and beyond dispute that ACslatering's vaporings, when taken as a whole, are paltry. The interesting point is this: ACslatering claims that he is beyond reproach. Well, I beg to differ. I am reminded of the quote, "His wisecracks are unbalanced but reflective of the localized normative attitudes among rash blusterers." This comment is not as snippy as it seems because ACslatering's demands are not restrained by any moral scruples. It follows from this that the tone of his tirades is eerily reminiscent of that of spleeny, ribald wonks of the late 1940s in the sense that some whiney Machiavellians actually feel that free speech is wonderful as long as you're not bashing him and the selfish tightwads in his camp. This is the kind of muddled thinking that he is encouraging with his manuscripts. Even worse, all those who raise their voice against this brainwashing campaign are denounced as daft, subhuman clowns. In closing, this should not and need not be the case.
