Quads not Proportional to Hamstrings
Well my quads compared to me hamstrings are way stronger and bigger i can only seated leg curl around 100 lbs Max while i can seated leg extension around 180 (4-45's) around 8 times is it normal for your quads to be natuarlly bigger if you dont pin point them while working out. when i was younger 12-13 i did alot of leg extensions and leg press because my doctor told me to avoid squats(knee problems but they are better now)
note:ill rep someone who can help me to make my hams bigger/stronger with program
also im doing this more so i can run faster squat more be overall leg stronger(if you know what i mean) than to be a bodybuilder with huge hams

Quads are naturally stronger. I seated curl 170 lbs for 8 reps and extend 230 for 8 reps. I consider my muscles to be balanced.
But those exercises are not the ones that you want to use to strengthen your leg muscles, for quads do squats and leg press, for hamstrings do straight leg deadlifts and leg curls.

That's fine, you wouldn't compare your bicep strength to your tricep strength would you? Quad has more heads
