I'm looking at some of the bulking diets listed and some people have something like: 30 almonds and a glass of milk as a meal...
How is this a meal at all? Thirty almonds are a little under 200 cals and a glass of milk is only like 160 cal.... I thought meals were something like a plate of pasta or steak and eggs - not almonds a milk.
