hey guys im 17 5'9 and 195 lbs with bout 24% body fat. i need help setting up a meal plan. i want to lose weight but gain muscle or atleast maintain it. but i know this is very hard. i cant get my foods down so i need somebodys help on here that has it really down to the t. if you guys are willing to set up a meal plan for me let me know thanks
