    Saw Palmetto

So I want to know if taking Saw palmetto will help MPB.

Because it blocks DHT at the AR will this in turn potentially reduce gains? I understood it wont as DHT doesnt bind at muscle tissue..(or something to this extent)

Saw Palmetto is not potent enough to affect your gains (whether DHT plays a major part in your gains anyways is still hotly debated).

In terms of MPB, you would have to take a massive amount of SP to make a difference if any. If you are determined to go this route, combining with max strength nNizoral is probably your best bet.
