either Dennis wolf or Jay cutler will not make the top 5. The top 4 guys will be:
(not in order)
Dexter Jackson
Victor Martinez
Kai Greene
Phil Heath
wolf and cutler will occupy the 5 and six spots, maybe lower depending on toney freemans physique this year. Silvio, Melvin anthony and dennis james will most likely place 7 or lower, putting them in a placement lower than the 08 olympia.
the 09 and 08 olympia are very interesting due to the injuries and such. who knows about those rumors about ronnie going for an olympia run again as well, which could also stir up the top 10 ranking.

Jay will move down for sure.
I wouldn't be surprised if Dex moves down, he ain't winning another one. There is no conclusive evidence that clicking the dumbbells together when doing presses, or slamming them down when you're finished your set, will make your chest bigger. Please stop.

I would of had Wolf in that top 4 instead of Vic personally. Wolf has shown he is one of the world's best (even when he is off), so its up to Vic to prove himself again after his injury. Don't forget if Tony is on he can beat Vic too.
My top 5 (in no order, and assuming this will be one of their best showings):
Dex
Heath
Wolf
Kai

Thats the thing about Freeman, everyone (including the judges) knows that if he is on he is extremely tough to beat, and working with Plaumbo seems to be the best thing for him so I can't wait to see him at the Olympia when he will be competing later in the day when it will be easier for him to come in full and ripped!

Jay will move down if he shows up same as last year. He'll place somewhere at the top if he duplicates 2006.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.

Wolf will beat Vic? I dunno. He hasn't done it so far. And Toney hasn't beaten Vic before either. Possible, but i just don't think it'll happen. It COULD though.
I think Kai will beat Wolf if Wolf comes in like last year or the year before. I think Wolf will probably stay in the top 5 though.
Freeman was in condition last year, and every time he's been off, he's known exactly why he was off.

if jay comes in at his all time best he will be hard to beat period. so discount jay at your own peril. however my top 5 in no particular order are
wolf
dex
heath
jay
vicdeadlift - 500lbs (want to get to 600lbs)
squat - 365lbs (need to get better)
overhead press - 275lbs (my form sucks)
bench - 315+lbs (I don't care about bench)

Some of the posts here are a little crazy. Kai not in the top 5? You cant be serious. Jay will be top 3, top 4 at worst. Dexter is not winning again, and Dennis Wolf is so over rated, its been beaten to death. If everyone comes in conditioned, who is he going to beat? Dex? no Heath? no. Kai? no. Definitely not Jay. Definitely not Vic. Wolf will be battling it out with Toney for top6 or 7 spots. My personal feelings are that Phil will win. He is the poster boy for the future of the sport. He's young, marketable, Weider, and IMO looked better than Dex did at last years O. His main concerns should be Jay, Vic, and Kai.

Agreed!
why?......heres a copy and paste from other thread:
With momentum on his side and a proven track record and consistent placings as well as consistent conditioning and improvement if the veterans slip I gotta go with Heath ftw..he has yet to disappoint unless you count 2nd at the Arnold and 3rd (shoulda been 2nd or even could have won with no complaints) at the O, remember this..he entered 3 shows last year and only lost to 2 men..Jay and Dex.
Agreed, will be an exciting show and open for a few possible scenarios but I like Heaths odds...Kai has equally impressed me and is no doubt a huge threat to win it all...I'm looking forward to the 2 of them side by side for the traditional apples vs oranges comparison.
Wolf has potential but he hasn't proven squat except that he should have beat an out of shape Cutler 2 years ago (but in hindsite that was Victors show to win anyway and many had Cutler down n 5 place or more). Allot of pros have potential but until Wolf can win a show or two or get up in the top 2/3 of the big ones then I'll give him the serious contendor look...as it stands although he CAN be a threat the jury is still out on him...I wish he would have did the Arnold or something before the O to quiet the critics..he had hernia surgery I understand but so did Kai a few months ago.
Vic has some lower body work to do but of course can surprise us most definitely a threat to win...Jay has some severe issues.
...and Dex well just like the man said and I quote: "just give me one, I'll be happy with one yall can have it back next year"..I think that is exactly what will happen..

I have a feeling this will happen as well. With Phil taking the whole year off for this Olympia, he will make the most improvements before the O. The guy continues to make huge strides before each showing.
That and yes, he would be a great poster boy for the sport. He speaks very well compared to most pro's.IFPA Natural Pro bodybuilder

I seriously doubt that Wolf will move down in the Olympia unless he gets hurt or something else happens. He has Freeman beat IMO. Plus Freeman's pec tear dont help. The Olympia title is Dex's to loose. He will be conditioned. You can bet on that. However, if Cutler comes in conditioned and not crappy looking, he will be a threat. Wolf looks amazing when on. I don't think Kai can break the top 3 just yet. top 5 in no order:
Dex
Wolf
Cutler (maybe Coleman?)
Martinez
Kai

as big of a wolf fan as i am, i think vic should win. wide shoulders, full muscle bellies, small waist....if he brings his legs up slightly and hits his conditioning...i dont think anyone touches him. kai has a lot of muscle but i think his front double bi looks awful bc of the way his abdomen expands so much. jay has the most muscle but i think hes past his prime. phil will be better than dex this year but i dont think its his time yet.
