Notes:Was raining its ass off today and my sinus symptoms were pretty harsh today. Even with those issues i still managed to pull a great workout out of myself. Product Notes:I'm not sure if it was just me or what but this morning after my morning dose of halovar i experienced what felt like a faint muscle pump in my arms.
Notes:My allergies eased up some today which was great.Weighed in 1 lb heavier than satrt day this morning. For those watching you can check my bodyspace for updates on size and strength gains. Also increased weights used on barbell rows compared to last week. So far so good

Notes:Was kind of crowded in the gym today but was a ok workout. Broke a PR on shoulder presses. Product Notes: As you can tell from above ive dropped 1/4" off my waist so far. I can noticeably tell my chest and back seem to be tighter looking. Also i have a very faint upper body pump going on during the day.

Notes:I just wasn't feeling it today, had alot on my mind and few things that needed to be done instead of working out. Also right side of my hip was hurting during squats and i lightened up my weights on most everything. Decided to hang it up and will throw calves in tomorrow after arms. Product Notes:I had a nice muscle fullness and hardness feeling most of the day. Much more noticeable than the past few days.

I'm running a log right now of Tren-Epi (APS Finavol-E-Stane @100T-30E mg) for 4 weeks as a clean bulk that might migrate into a ReComp since I have an Army weight in on the beginning of June and I don't want to risk gaining too much weight. Also digging the illustrations on the log! Very cool indeed!

So far ive gained 4lbs with a 1/4"loss to my waist. Strength is starting to increase as well as endurance. Starting to notice some mild acne on my left arm but nothing major. Im keeping a hard pumped feel all day with this product which is a nice plus.
As far as size is concerned only thing that was logged this week as an increase was my thigh size which increased a 1/2". I keep all my measurements updated weekly in my bodyspace for those interested in my progress.
Notes:Strength is increasing nicely. Had a great workout with a tremendous pump. Product Notes:Acne still on left arm and noticing some on shoulders. Muscles are rock hard throughout the day.
Well noticed some lower back pumps when trying to vacuum my carpet last night. Got to workout back today and going to have to make sure back pumps don't happen. I believe what i used before with superdrol was 3 grams taurine pre and post. What is usually the suggestion now since its been a couple years since that cycle.
I'm taking a total of 7g taurine a day, and I take 5g + 5g mono pre-WO 45 min before WO. I did had some pumps yesterday after doing squats when I started my Hacks, but it went away as soon as I finished the hacks. My last cycle I didn't use taurine and the pumps followed me all day!

Thanks, so the recommendations haven't changed much over the years. Ill dose 3g pre and post and see how that feels.
Notes:Was low on motivation today and the gym was friggin packed. Had a couple long rest periods between exercises due to the old guys who seem to take forever on the equipment. Product Notes:Back pumps are pretty pronounced now. Wasn't able to swing by the supplement store to grab some taurine but i will make it a point to go by their tomorrow before hitting the gym.

Notes:I don't know what the deal is with my gym on Wednesdays but it was jam packed again. Was not motivated due to having to wait to use dumbbells that i needed and benches. After having my left forearm pump up to the point it was painful and the fact of the amount of people in the gym i called it quits after 3rd exercise. Product Notes: My left forearm pumped it to the point of being painful. Feeling was exactly like back pumps, i suppose i was gripping the Dumbbells too hard
