    stronglifts 5x5 or rippetoe 3x5

    I can sqaut 180 and i weigh 170 so should i do rippetoe or should i do stronglifts (instead of empty bar start i will start with 30% less than my 5rm)

    Rippetoes is workin great for me....... don't kno but stronglifts but I personally don't like the set-up. Rippetoes is much more simplier and to the point. So far I got my squat 230 3x5 to 320 3x5. give or take brah
