So I ordered some whey protein from this site and was surprised to see that they gave me a free pack of the 6 hour energy shots..gave it a try right before a workout and had the best workout I've had in a LONG time! ..and I only drank half of it.
Anyways, does anyone take these on a regular basis? How addictive is this stuff? I'm worried that I better stay away from it while I still can, haha

its just caffiene dude..
Used for thousands of years..
Safe and effective and natural.
its in so many different things.. including Coke, Coffee, chocolate are three popular high caffiene content products.
Don't worry you won't die. But you will feel good and have more energy and your heart rate will increase and your mental focus might improve.
Caffiene has been a staple crop for pre workout supplements taken by bodybuilders for years....
It has proven safe and effective.
You might think your addicted to it... cause you like it. But in reality you could stop and after a day or so of feeling burnt you would be fine.

its not a good idea to rely on caffeine or anything to give you energy because it will just make you more tired when you're not using it and it seems easy to build a tolerance to it.
but if you really want the best workout of your life......take ********....theres the power of about 30 energy drinks for you.

Ummm...It's not JUST caffeine. It also contains a massive amount of B-vitamins, which also provide energy, focus, and mood development.
And yes, you can be addicted to caffeine in a psychological sense. Caffeine releases dopamine into the brain making you feel all happy. That happy feeling becomes addicting (for good reason) and once you stop taking caffeine, your dope levels drop. Then you feel like crap until your brain can readjust and control the dope levels itself.
But on a lighter note, it's fine to take them once in awhile, but not worth becoming dependent on it
Just my .02The FDA can suck on my tiny little balls
