Best way to cut a little fat for vacation

Hey guys I am going on vacation in 2 1/2 weeks (planned at last minute) and I would like to cut a little fat. I am not fat, but have been bulking and gained some fat in the love handles and stomach. I do not expect great results, but would like to do my best. I plan on still lifting 3 days a week (full body), but how many times a week should i be doing cardio? Should I just do cardio every day I am not lifting? Should I do cardio on days that I lift? I plan to eat 5-6 meals a day, but eating more fruits than meat.

    thanks for any advice
    Tom

lol, don't expect much in the way of noticeable gains in 2 1/2 weeks.

Clean up the diet. I'd say 20-30 minutes of cardio after you lift. And then cardio on your off days, save for 1-2 total rest days.

yeah there wont be any crazy gains, u could also do maybe two cardio sessions a day while cleaning up the diet if you would like. But they say probably 2 pounds per week is the best way to lose weight

I would do cardio as follows: on no lift days for min 30min with increased intesity. After your workout outs perform minimum 20min cardio...As far as diet don't eat to many fruits limit to 3-4 a day and consume more greens, fish, chicken, turkey or leaner meats. A great alternative would be to go for lugumes packed with protien and a good filler....
