    Does Fried Chicken Have Carbs?

    Like Fried Chicken From Ralphs Or Kfc? Does It Have Carbs? im on keto, would u say its okay to eat fried breaded chicken. say the meal has 25 grams of carbs total, is it okay as long as i dont exceed 30 grams?

    alright, but what if i have a meal that has 25 grams of carbs. but the rest of the day there is almost no carbs in the rest of the food i eat. is that okay? i dont see anything wrong with it becuase im still under the limit of 30 carbs a day...

    count your carbs. keep the total under 30, and you'll be fine..

    but for the KFC, why even bother, find something better for yourself..

    and if you REALLY want it, get it on your carb up day, and actually enjoy the breading.
