OK here is the first keto log that I am going to put up here. Definetly need some assistance in the diet.
Break fast: 3 eggs with 5 pieces of bacon
snack: 2 cans of tuna with 2tbsp of miracle whip
lunch chicken breast approx 5 oz with 1 cup broccoli and salad and 2 slices of cheese
snack: ISOPURE protein shake
dinner chicken breast approx 5 oz with 1 cup broccoli and salad and 2 slices of cheese
