OK ialways sorta felt a difference in my lower back, but My mom pointed out today that its obviously more developed on my left side of my lower back than my right, ITs thicker.
Now my situation is I broke my neck some years ago and with my recovery from the nerve damage, my left side came back first and was stronger. I am right handed but i became more left sided dominant.
SO I would assume that 7 years of being a bit more dependent on my left side with most functional activites has caused the imbalance indevelopment. its the same with my chest, shoulders and arms a bit too. The left sie is just a bit more developed.
NOW for my actualy question, How would I go about specificly targeting the right side muscle of my lower back. It just seem strange to isolate and i have neve tried to so any thoughts??
