yeah i placed and order last sunday and was told my order would be here by friday but nothing. I checked my status and it wasnt approved yet... i called service and they found out the problem and added another free gift which is pretty cool. most companies dont do this. Im pleased with the service just hope i my supps come through.

Exactly. Its an automatic computer thing. Usually the second you press confirm order you get everything sent to your email as well.

they report the senders address and everything and you get the tracking number but the actual thing will be picked up maybe in like 4 hours but it's still cool because you know there's already a tracking number for your item so itll ship fo sho

I think it has to do with revenue recognition / billing. In order to be recognized as revenue or billed, the order must be shipped and invoiced.

I started thinking it was normal...

But when you think about it they do an excellent job.

I was skeptical when I got my email about 5 minutes after I made my purchase that it was already confirmed and shipped.

About the third time I got the same email, I was just more grateful and didn't question it.

Their service is extremely quick and they are very helpful in fixing any problems when they occur [though they rarely do].
