cuting
ok guys so starting my frist cut down
from 201lbs to about 175lbs
cardio plan
weight days: i will do
cross trainer 200-500cals in 10-40mins
then ill burn 100 cals on rower
then hopefully do some incline walking n maybe som jogging 10-30mins
not in that order
cardio days/no weight days
boxing bag/speed ball/skippying work for about 30-60mins
then hit cross trainer for 20-30mins cals 250-450
then hit the rower 50-100 cals
then bike for 20mins
then work the abs
then incline walking n light jogging 15-30mins
then back boxing bag work n other cardio stuff maybe tennis
so i got 3 weight days a week n 2-3 cardio days depending if i come in sunday
gonna do this for about 1-3 mouths
hoping to lose 10kgs
how much cals do u guys think i shud take in aday im aiming for 1000-2500
and do u guys think i should try some cutting suppelments im 17 so open to ideas never done a good big cut befor alwas been the big bulkers mass unit so gonna try cut up so give me some heads up

Go and get your BMR + calories for activity to find out what your body burns each day, then subtract 500.
I currently lift one day on one day off, cardio on off days.
40 minutes low intensity cardio. You don't need to voerdo the cardio, 3-4 40 minute sessions a week would suffice.

bw x 16 means take 201lbs body weight times 16 = about 3200 calories to eat on a cut, is what he was answering.
Not sure about 3200 calories cutting though, only really know I should take in about 2300 on a cut at my height and weight.

iight no way would i wanna take in 3200
so what do ppl think about my regiem so starting this monday ye just prepareing my self ahah
so
any think any products would help
hydro cut or something wroth taking thts really gonna help n wont fck my body up

ok so i worked out my BMR
2750.5 a day
so with my work out above n staying in the 1500-2500 a day cals intake i should lose my goal of 10kgs in 1-2 mouths
