    Workout shoes

I was wondering what you guys thought were the best shoes to wear in the gym for working out. They'd be used mostly for weights (so I need a solid base for squats, deads, mil. presses, ect), but also some light cardio. Cross trainers? I'll have a pair of runners for when I do long runs. I'm not looking for shoes made for weights, just ones that do that job well. Thanks.
