So I was updating my Blue Gene log (which I'm still in the midst of doing...) I was thinking about putting off my ECY stack till mid summer and consider either another round of Amphetalean, Animal Cuts OR give Mitotropin a try.
...I'm just skeptical. I haven't been around a lot as of late and too busy doing my own research to place time to research the science behind mitotropin... so I need some good bro-science to help me out here? Thanks.

Mitotropin, honestly the BEST 'fat burner'/thermo out there? (aside from ECY/ECA)

My intention when formulating Mitotropin was to make the best product in it's class so I'm glad guys are enjoying it. For those of you who experienced lethary that is a side effect from uncoupling. One way to offset that is to increase your carbs a bit. Let me know if you guys have any questions.

I wrote up a no BS review of Mito & LX (ran separately) if you're interested in reading. Starting & finishing weight + before/after pictures included. Honestly I didn't have to say anything. The results speak for itself.

I'm interested in running Mitotropin as well some time in the (near) future. One question I have as we are discussing Mitotropin in this thread is how harsh is this on the thyroid function? Some products really tout the T4 and T3 manipulation -- the write up for Mitotropin does not go into too much other than this and this doesn't seem too harsh or "hardcore-scary" to me... (in other words, a responsible, "healthy" approach to this pathway... imo)
KAEMPHEROL -
This is a polyphenolic ingredient found in numerous edible plant species. It has the ability to increase energy expenditure and oxygen consumption via multiple pathways (dia. 2007 Mar; 56(3):767-76.). The most prevalence pathway manipulated was Dio2 expression. This gene is important in encoding the type 2 deiodinase (D2) that activates thyroxine (T4) to 3,3?,5 triiodothyronine (T3).
Now some of you are thinking that increased T3 levels aren't a good thing, but maybe those of you that are "hardcore" know it certainly doesn't impair fat loss. In fact, T3 has been shown to UCP-3 expression in vivo which directly correlates with resting metabolic rate. Basically, if your levels are low, you aren't burning as many calories at rest then not. It's clear to me that keeping them optimal keeps you chances at maintaining a streamlined appearance very high.

I thought it interesting because iodine from food + the Amino Tyrosine = T3 & T4... T4 being produced @ 80% rate as opposed to T3, naturally...
And everyone knows that T3 is 4 times more potent/stronger than T4 in regulating metabolism.
I want to know how you're able to manipulate these gene regulations... you would need to selectively inhibit the disallowance of TRH (hypothalmic) and TSH (pituitary) disallowance to promote an increase in t3 & t4 activation to release and regulate metabolism...
and with UCP-3, this uncoupling protein is known to play a role in altering metabolic function under conditions of fuel depletion caused, for example, by fasting and exercise....
What about 5'-amino-4-imidazolecarboxamide ribonucleoside? This compound has been known to upregulate and activate AMP-activate protein kinases (AMPK)... also known to be activated during exercise or fasting. Treated With AICAR, skeletal muscle has been to known to increase 3-6 times the amount of available UCP-3 proteins compared to untreated muscle...
That'd be something I'd be interested in.Enter.at.your.own.Pleasure

I have tried nearly all the fat burners that exist during the last 10 years on the market. I have also used T3/Clen/Eph so i have a pretty good experience.Let me tell you that Mito is the strongest thing i have ever used... i cannot believe the results. I am using 6 caps per day early in the day and before my workout at night i am throwing a nice ECA stack with 60mg EPH. This combination is working miracles as the thermogenic effect of Mito is not very intense.
