Hello all: I haven't cheated on my diet in 1 month and 6 days (March 4 was my last cheat-meal). And i would like to go on for some more weeks without cheating. However i would like to know how many calories are we allowed to eat in a single refeed planned cheat-meal, in order to feel real well and full, but without gaining weight?
Is it ok to eat a 2000 calorie re-feed cheat-meal without gaining weight on our cheat-meal day? or should we eat a lot less than 2000 calories?
Because from the only way to gain 1 extra pound of fat is by eating 3,500 extra calories over our maintaince. So would you think that 2000 extra calories would turn to fat on our cheat-meal day?
