What age do you feel?
Since you started lifting/working out, what age do you feel like?
I'm 45, but I feel like my body is about 30!

I definitely feel that with my diet and exercise, I'm a lot younger than I was 7 years ago! I'm not sure exactly how old I feel, but my Tanita body fat scale tells me that my metabolic age is 12. I like that....

healt wise I feel better than I did in my 20's but mentally I just feel old..I blame it on having teenage children..

I'm 30 which is young, but I do feel much younger. I feel younger than I did in my late teens and early 20's. I have far more energy and actually feel alive now, not walking around half-dead. This lifestyle certainly has done wonders for me.

Moving up from skinny to fit---and I've gained 20 lbs in the process. Most importantly, I'm actually okay with that :).

IT depends on whether my body hates me or not. This week, younger than my age. But if my back acts up, then older! lol

Mentally, it varies. I can feel 17 or 71 depending on my mood. But physically, I feel better now than I did in my late teens, so I'll go with 19.

i think if i got a night away with the husband and a sitter i would feel my age (24) but right now i feel older.
