its Di-L-Arginine-L-Malate do a search of the store and you will find this same compound in other products. i think primaforce makes it among others.

dont know if its the best, it should be good. aakg is also good.

I'd say the best I ever use was the free sample I received of Nano x9 from muscletech. I only used the one sample package, but the pump was absolutely incredible.

As far as improving sexual performance, that old version of Aspire 36 was insane.

Scientific research now shows that taking 10g arginine just before bed helps with HGH levels = muscle growth, fat burning and anti-aging. But if you take arginine throughout the day, you get none of these benefits, only energy and strength increase and pump when you weight train. So by taking one dose 45 - 60 min pre-workout and another dose just before bed are the best times, best bang for your buck.

I read that Di- L - Arginine - L - Malate is one of the best forms period so that's why I went with that before bed (10g worth).

See, I tried MRI NO2 Black and did it pre-breakfast and pre-lunch and after about 3 weeks, minimal pump throughout the day and moderate pump hitting the weights. Then I tried pre-workout (45 - 60 min) and just before bed (6+6 capsules) and within a few days = huge during weight training and last most of the day too!!! But the cost of $90 per bottle is just not cost effective. Imagine me taking 12 caps a day, so in 3.5 weeks I need another NO2 Black 300 cap bottle = $100 month + shipping + exchange rate / taxes. $130 month!!! Or I could buy some of the arginine powder, my former nitric oxide capsules (another brand, same effects but 1/3 of the cost) and it would cost me $47 month + shipping + exchange rate / taxes.

MRI has to drop their prices to match BSN and then watch a product war!!!

I thought you meant you wanted to take a supplement as a sexual aid, my mistake for assuming wrong. Taking Di-Arginine Malate for GH release is as useless as pissing in Ocean to try to warm it up. In the grand scheme, it will do very little in terms of the benefits associated with additional GH in the body.

To get as big as possible and in great shape. I am an Ectomorph body type and it took me 4 years to gain 1 lb month to present day of approx 225 lbs. If I get mentally stressed out, I have lost up to 8 lbs in a day!!! And it takes me a very long time to gain that weight back so I have to be careful and still never miss a small meal every 2.5 to 3 hours. I would like to be approx 240 to 250 lbs and then just maintain, so that's my goal.

Advice?

In your situation, your diet needs to be very well thought out and executed near perfect to make gains, otherwise supplements will be a waste. That being said I would suggest:

Creatine
Anabolic Pump
X-factor
then PH's if you know exactly what you are getting into
