not ONE of these posters was above 160 lbs lean, (except maybe the 6'3'' guy) and none of them deadlift consistently

im 6'0 and 195 right now with 14% bf. (im hoping cause of dirty bulking). I dont deadlift. I cant cause my back is messed and everytime i do deadlifts i hurt my back. and its NOT because of bad form(i asked 2 personal trainers at the gym and like 3 huge guys for a form check. bad genetics or something?

na i love deadlift i mean they r my favorite lift but you can get big with other lifts..
squats are even more productive then deads... pullups,dips,press are all good lifts... you dont have to deadlift.
but not to would be boring, i cant imagine not deadlifting... gym would suck.
also deads are hard just like squats so lots of ppl avoid them with some stupid excuse of being injured, and i bet they got injured cause of them being stupid and doing dumb lifts with dumb form..
im amazed at all the retards that injure themselves and now cant squat and dead.... not that injuring yourself makes u a dumbass but i see soooo many ppl saying they r injured... im like wtf is everyone doing.ADMA Muay Thai gym.
SQUAT(ATG)- 275 (x15)
DEADLIFT- 445 (x 6 W/CHALK)
PRESS- 195 (3x5)
DIPS- bw+55lbs-----3x8
PULLUPS- bw+70lbs-3x8- MAX 110lbs added so around 305 total weight.

I just meant to say that u dont absolutely need to deadlift to get big
dont get me wrong, deadlift and squat are the king, but sure as hell you can get big without them
just like there are people who have very good chest and they dont even bench press

yeah but he hits chest somehow whether be it via dips.
i personally stopped benching over a year ago...
but theres alot of ppl out there that are not obssesed on how they look like a girl and want and worry about getting stronger or training for performance and not just looks.
alot of ppl r above that.
but yeah deads and squats are 2 things that if everyone did there would be alot more size and power out in every gym.ADMA Muay Thai gym.
