First off, Sumpin Wild and Brown Shugga are fuggin delicious. You needa pull your head out dat ass.
Anyways, Until you've tried Undercover Shutdown, Imperial Stout, and Gnarly Wine, you just don't know. I think those three beers there will change your mind. Undercover Shutdown especially... it's like if you took Double Bastard and doubled it. What would that be? Quadruple Punkass?

Awwwwww, what a cute little baby you have there. I've been planning to get a few of my own going too, just haven't gotten around to it.
In other news, had a bottle of Elysian's The Immortal IPA and it was fuggin rotten. Don't know what happened to it, but it was skunked and oxidized. First time that's ever happened to me with a local brewer. I drank it anyways to get buzzed.
Also... currently listening to Opeth's Still Life for the first time and I am sh!tting bricks.

your pretty picky...I had it and enjoyed it...idk if it was 11 bucks worth of enjoying...It was no hoptimum, which i still have 2 bottles of. Saving one for graduation night in a few weeks and the other for some rainy day in the future...until they brew it year round or at least re-release it

Sorry man. I hadn't ever tried it but I picked it out because it was a collaboration with 2 of my favorite breweries and I was kinda rushed.
In other news I thought I found new blind pigs today but they were a left over case from their last release 3/22. I picked up a couple for me just because it's all they had.
I'm drinking a 3/2 Blind Pig right now and it definitely has lost a lot of it's glory. I think you're going to be very happy when you get some real fresh BP to try. If I time it right they will arrive on Friday and be shipped out on Monday.
Happy Friday beer bros!

I had Bell's Two Hearted Ale last night. I hadn't had in at least two years, I enjoyed it. I never ever see them in NJ they must not distribute up there.

Gonzo Imperial Porter by Flying Dog. My favorite Flying Dog beer thus far. It is strong and black and doesn't take no for an answer. Almost 10%. To be honest, once you get into the realm of super strong porters like this, there is no longer any real difference between it and an imperial stout. Just my two cents on the subject. Anyways, this beer is definitely worth a drink if you want a punch in the mouth.
Collaboration Not Litigation Ale by Avery and Russian River. You can definitely tell Russian River was involved in this one as it has the maltiness with raisins and alcohol warmth expected from strong belgian types. It is a good ale, reminiscent of perhaps rochefort 8.
Gordan imperial red by Oskar Blues. I generally don't care too much for red ales. This is probably the best one I've had so far (right up there with Lagunitas Lucky 13). It is sweet and caramelly, some tannic bitters, some bite to it, and lots of warmth.
Interurban IPA by Fremont Brewing Company. This was fuggin amazing. For $4 a bomber, fuuuuuu. Best beer of the lot. Super fresh, was bottled 2 days prior to my purchase. It's not a hop bomb, but a supremely well balanced NW style IPA. Will drink again and again.

Bottled in glass for the first time today. The wedding porter. Took 2 hours lol
did a little technique to speed up the process. fill 6 then cap with the double handled capper
5.5 gallons came out to 48 12 ounce and 5 bombers
last night after the BTBAM, Ocean, and JFAC concert:
great rye beer, plenty of hoppiness.
Belgian style Imperial Stout. Great stuff. Taste starts out with dark fruits with banana and cherry, and after the finish milk chocolate comes in.
today:
good stuff. strong IPA qualities with a hint of apricot on the finish and backgrounded in the taste
fantastic stuff, lots of caramel, orange, grapefruit with toast. I just have the double stout left in the fridge from GF. I need to go out and try the DIPA they offer for sure after having the WC IPA, which was one of the best IPAs I have ever had hands down
I came. So much grapefruit and orange with pineapple. lots of bitterness, great balance, with malts being slightly stronger. Super strong aromas and flavor, incredible drinkability with pretty much no alcohol presence.
