    Chest/Shoulder/Tricep day

    Has anyone tried this and got good results I am thinking about doing, Flat Bench, Incline DB, DB flyes, Seated Shoulder Press, and military press, skull crushers and dips. Is this any good need some opinions.

    That is 1/3 of a push/pull/legs routine. It works very well, because they are all used for the same type of movements; in this case, pushing exercises.

    I do this! I do 2 working sets of 10-15 reps of the following
    Incline
    Flies
    Flat
    Military press
    Side raises
    Rear delts
    Close grip bench
    Skull crushers
    1-arm extentions

    Works good for me!

    Id rearrange to put the shoulder press first excersise.

    put whatever you feel you need more work on first
    since theyre all pushing exercises your muscles are gonna be getting more tired after every exercise since youre using your tricep for everything and sometimes shoulder/chest
    Deadlift - 225x12

    Bench Press - 155x8

    Squat - 225x4

    Just follow this, pretty much my routine also. Except I use DB for flat bench. And use 8-10 rep range but it's working for me

    having db press after flat incline and db flyes o.O hes better off doing it as the first excersise as long as he warms up he'll be fine. I dont suggest doing military press and the seated press(assuming your doing db shoulder press)
