It varies. If you feel up for it, do it. It took my sister a week to recovery enough to eat solid foods... I was eating solid foods that night.USMC Naval Aviator - F/A-18 Hornets

My case was a difficult one, had to have my gums removed and re-attached. And the teeth had to be cracked as they were in deep.
First week was soup & soft bread
Next few weeks potato, fruit
Week 6, my first bit of chicken without pain and bleeding
Week 8 my first bit of steak.
8 weeks to heal fully brah
4 weeks for bruising and swelling to go away.
But everyone's different, you could be fully better in a week

I just got all 4 pulled like 2 weeks ago, It sucked mannn. I was knocked out so I didn't feel a thing (not feeling my whole jaw/tounge all day long kinda sucked). The area where my wisdom teeth were didn't hurt me at all the week after, but my other teeth did hurt.
PRO TIP: dont go to bed right after lol, I barley got any sleep the night before so I was mad tired and went to bed. You want to keep your head elevated so you dont bleed as much / it heals faster. I woke up, turned my head and drooled blood everyyywhere. Went though so much gause it sucked.
Then I got the worst ****ing rebound headache from the meds 4 days after getting them pulled. **** sucked, it was like the most intense headache I ever had, and it lasted alllll day long. +I had to work (4th day) The headache lasted like 4-5 days but the first 2 days were hell, I wanted to die (no emo)
Other than the headahce and the crazy bleeding it wasnt too bad. Got pretty bored of yogurt/jello/pudding/apple sauce, started eating solids 4 days after (kinda hurt but w.e lol) and the vicodin was pretty fun, I still have 4 left.
