TEST Levels Rsults came in from Lab...
And I'm ****ing pissed. Waited for the last and most important result for 3 ****ing weeks, and here it came:
TESTOSTERONE TOTAL 297 250-1100 ng/dL
TESTOSTERONE FREE 70.1 46.0-224.0 pg/mL
TESTO, BIOAVAILABLE 150.3 110.0-575.0 ng/dL
SHBG 13 7-49 nmol/L
ALBUMIN, SERUM 4.7 3.6-5.1 g/dL
I also have high UREA NITROGEN 29 6-25 MG/DL
and high MPV 12.3 7.0-11.0 FL
Now check this out, I never used any type of form of ASS, follow a very clean balanced diet and do some heavy lifting. I can only imagine what my levels used to be back in the day when i did not lift weights, ate ****ty food and got drunk every night. Some ****ed up genetics i have to tell you.
They are not too low, but not low enough to get any meds, what should i do?

For the BUN, just drink more water. Don't worry too much about the platelet volume, you're nowhere near stroke range, ha.
As for your test values, yeah, that's kind of a letdown, isn't it? I was in a similar situation about a year ago when I found out mine were pretty close to yours --- funny thing was, I had just gained 50 pounds during the prior 10 months. So just eat a ton and train hard and forget about the levels for now. I would get them tested every year or so, though, because if they are borderline low right now, there's a good chance they'll drop lower by the time you're 25. And when they do, you can get your prescription.
Good luck.

OP what time was this bloodtest taken?
Testosterone follows circadian rhythms (like sleep patterns) and peaks in the early morning... say 8-9am, then steadily drops until around late afternoon.

What are considered "normal levels" of testosterone vary from individual to individual, and thus are a source of frustration for many people living with HIV. Different labs have varying ranges of what they consider normal with values ranging from the low 200s to over 1200 ng./dl. considered normal for men and from 15 to 70 ng./dl. considered normal for women. Much of the recent research suggests that people living with HIV should be in the upper range of normal, with men at ranges of at least 500 ng./dl. or higher. Jon Kaiser, M.D., author of Healing HIV, suggests that for peak health we should be in optimal ranges of 500 to 1000 ng./dl. of total testosterone levels for men, and 50 to 100 ng./dl. of total testosterone levels for women.

I doubt you have bad genetics at 5'11 208. Your testosterone flunctuates all the time and maybe you need to change up your diet a little. You might be lacking fats in your diet and might be taking in too much carbs.

OP, you're pretty stacked (no homo) .. i dont know what you are so worried about.
Use some boosters or prohormones.

This no homo **** has to stop. You're on a bodybuilding site and afraid to mention that someone's in "good shape"? Grow the hell up, guys, you sound like a bunch of paranoid middle schoolers with absolutely no security in your manhood whatsoever. Time to grow a pair.
And SouthsideIrish44, I bumped this thread because no one had bothered to reply to his question. It'd be interesting to see if he's been tested again since then.

based on your physique and the lab results I would say you have great sensitivity to test, so your genes aren't all that bad man
