I haven't been getting much stronger lately but still improving on hypertrophy.
I was thinking of trying Layne Norton's PHAT training idea.
I was thinking do one week heavy 3-6 reps (deads, rows, bench, bb curls, etc)
Then one week 8-12 reps with more cable stuff, preacher curls, etc.
What do you think would be best?
one week heavy, one hypertrophy then repeat...or two weeks heavy two weeks hypertrophy then repeat?
