    Can I work my legs if there hurting?

    Would it be alright to do some squats and calf raises if my legs are hurting a but still? i don't want to wait another day.

    If you don't recuperate enough, your not letting your body adapt. Without adaptions there is no gains.

    it depends how much time has passed since you last did those 2, if its more than 2 days i'd say it's alright

    Yeah as long as you've given yourself a couple days then you're good to go.

    If you did them Monday you can do them today. I wouldn't do them earlier than that. If you did them Tuesday (like me), wait until tomorrow

    Depends on how hard you worked your legs. I work legs once a week, and need that time to recover.

    typically muscle protein synthesis returns to baseline after 48 hours....just because your muscle is "sore" (DOMS) doesn't mean that it isn't recovered
