hi, im looking for the best supplement to help me get some nice muscle. ive been told this is a good choice but havent had a lot of input. is this the best thing I should take to add to my normal diet? also, where is the best place to buy it?

This should help you out some its on of the stickies at the top of this forum. It has all sort of info and links. To be honest here u would be best searching the forums before posting because someone will either say that or u just want get any decent replied with the answers u want.
Ive spent the last 2 weeks reading on here and its crazzy all the info thats there for your eyes.
I hope that link helps u make ur choice.
MentalOnce i get into all this and i learn more ill have a site to keep my journal and progress.
Using my design skills for something usefull for once could be a good idea.
