no i'm asking about it many peaple for a long time and all i hear is.....mmmmmmm hmmmmmm it depends or something like that.here u have many info.2 hours cardio per day,2 hours weight workout per day 6 times a week.i drink that shake after cardio and 10-12 sets of abs and than go to sleep.i also take digest enzymes,4 grams aakg,4 grams taurine,hmb, dibencozide,bcaa 6 grams to that shake
