Im looking for a Nutritionist/Personal trainer to help me. My current weight is 140Lbs and My goal is to Bulk to 180Lbs and then cut from there and don't really know what the best way is to go about this, whether it be training on a split routine 4 days a week with 3 days off, or training each body part separately each day. I do know that diet is very important when it comes to training, if i can bulk to 180 clean that is what im shooting for. Im 100% dedicated and will do whatever it takes to put the mass on and achieve this goal of mine i have set. Im NOT worry about am i going to get fat ether, i know that in the off season it is normal.
