    Smile Help I have a photo shoot in 2 weeks

    Does anyone know a specific full body training routine or specific diet to prepare for something like this. I am doing a bikini shoot so I need to look my best. I was on the regular website and saw Brenda Kelly's emergency diet, but was a little leary about it. Right now I work different body parts on diff. days. As far as my diet goes I eat on a cutting out type diet. If anyone has any imput I would so appreciate it!!!1

    What are you looking to do exactly? If you're looking to lose 5-10lbs in 2 weeks, it would be extremely difficult.

    However, you could use a diuretic product like Cytodyne's Taraxatone, or dandylion root - which would help make you look more muscular and lean.

    I would do cardio everyday for 20-40 mins and eat about 1000 calories below maintaince. Take an ECA and start taking the diuretic 2-3 days before the shoot.

    Shave and lay out and get a tan or go to the booths.

    Thanx pogue.....I will definetly try the dieuretic anf I've been doing my 50-60 min. of cardio daily. I tan all the type too so lucky that's not an issue. I guess I just want to really look my best that's all........

    don't go to the tanning booths much or not at all coz they are as bad as tanning in the sun, you might as well go to the beach.

    but the best way is to get a fake tan like bodybuilders do for competitions.

    if you are going to have a photoshoot, chances are you already have what they want, all you need is to touch up here and there.

    pandee, i have a shoot in 2 days.. something i tried and found to work (also heard it from friends who have competed) is preparation H.. sounds gross i know, but it works in tightening your skin. rub over areas you want to tighten (for me, abs, thigs, butt) and cover yourself in saran wrap, then hit the sheets for the night. it's uncomfortable to sleep in, but i noticed a difference in my skin texture for sure. maybe try it the days you are uing dandelion root or taraxatone or what ever diuretic.

    Thanx T-Vixen I actually have heard about using prep-h for competitions. How long does it last for though? I will definetly try it. I'm a little silly sometimes and a perfectionist when it comes to my body. But its a bikini shoot so If i'm gonna be almost near naked I just wanna look great. I'm sure you can so relate to what I'm saying. Thanx

    Your only hope now, is to eat minimally and start burning as many calories as you can in a day. Do some weight training and save the diuretics unil the last couple of days before the shoot.
