keto question
For 6 days i have had the following diet:
meal:
1- 4 eggs , 2 strip bacon
2- pork rinds with hamburger, guac, cheese, salsa
3- 15 almonds
4- post workout- whole milk + whey
5- hamburger + slice of cheese
6- casein
So far i haven't had any nausea and i don't really want to get the keto sticks... also my mouth doesn't really smell like some people have described.. does this mean im not in keto? i thought it only takes 2-3 days.. thanks in advance

Does that hamburger include the bun?
Drop the bun and the whole milk. You want to aim for about 30g of carbs, probably around 20g when first starting out.

Yeah PWO carbs is always up for debate...basically meaning, whatever works for you is the right way.
So how many carbs are you getting total?
As others have already listed, put your foods into www.fitday.com and see if your calories are at 65% fat 30% protein and 5% carbs :-)
If you're under 30g, you should be good to go. Your PWO carbs might be affecting you, they might not. If you are just starting KETO it will take awhile to get into Ketosis though...takes time for the body to adjust. Look for a brain fog as some would say...it's a pretty clear indication that the body is moving from using carbs for fuel to fat.

yeah, drop either the whole milk or the almonds, i would drop the whole milk.
everything else looks good.
what are your stats though? if you're 5'3'' and weight 120 lbs you're eating too much lol - what im trying to say is that it's all depending on your weight and your goal, so depending on your weight, height and BF% and BF% goal, you can adjust your diet to suit your goal, know what i mean?

From what I understand - milk is a big "no", regardless of whether it fits under your daily carb allowance.
Some people don't have many side affects of keto. I don't get a bad taste in my mouth and I don't get nausea. My urine stinks..........but when doesn't it? lol

Stop dieting....jesus.
You are 140lbs, you are LACKING MUSCLE. Train and get some muscle tone on your body.
Anyone dieting at 140lbs has an eating disorder or a huge image problem.

"Diet" doesn't necessarily mean he wants to cut.
