8 weks Bold 800mg/day + 3-ad 3/day final 4 wks
Hi everyone this is going to be my first Ph cycle and log.
I will turn 21 on May 10th, so don't start bashing me because i'm starting this cycle a month before my b-day. A month is not going to make any difference lol.
In the past 6 months i slacked on my training and my diet for multiple reasons:
1-I stopped taking my meds for anxiety, and depression.
2-Me and my girlfriend found out we were going to be parents (the baby is due on august 13th)
3-I took 21 hours in college this semester since now that we have a baby coming. I need this degree as soon as possible
4-The first 4 months of pregnancy were not easy on my girlfriend or me.
But now things are going well, finals are almost here and i have everything ready to score my As, I started working again as a lifeguard and we are halfway through with the pregnancy, and we know the baby is healthy. So now it's time to focus again on my gym training.
For this cycle.
I will be running Eq-jet (bold 200 clone) for 8 weeks
and 3-ad for 4 weeks
Dosing will be as follow.
Bold: week 1-8 at 800mg
3-AD: week 5-8 at 3 pills/day
Pct: Reversitol as directed.
PRE WO: Animal Pump
Intra WO: Purple wrath
Post WO: protein shake with natty PB
I chosed this two Phs because they are both non methyilathed and have both almost no sides at all.
I think that 20 lbs of lean mass can be attainable over the course of the 8 weeks.
I have seen that 15lbs of LEAN MASS gains are not uncommon on bold at this doses, and i'm sure 3-ad will work nicely in synergy with the 1,4 add and that will give me another 5 lbs.
My goals for this cycle are:
-strengthen my shoulders and core so that i can improve my big lifts
-Bench 225 for reps (very hard for me since i have incredible loose shoulder, i can dislocate them on my own...)
-Deadlift more than 350lbs
-Squat as much as possible
-20lbs of lean mass gain.

Biceps curls 10x3 supersetted with Hammer Curls 10x3
Wrist curls till exaustion

DAY 1
I received my 2 bottles of eq-jet yesterday and today is day 1 of my cycle.
I just took two caps with a table spoon of peanut butter as i read that fats can help the absorption of 3-Ad and bold since these are two non methyl compounds.
About to have lunch
-Pasta
-4 Pork Chops cooked in meatsauce
-Salad with oil and vinegar.
My diet will be around 50pro/30carbs/20fats
And i will aim for 3500 for calories every day.
Later i will go to the park for an hour of walking with my lady. (Today is off day)
I'll post before pictures later on today. Measurements this monday when i can get to the gym

IYou wouldn't gain 15-20lbs of LEAN muscle on 12-14 weeks of test, you won't get even close with any of these baby prohormones. With steroids like test, you can only expect to put on 1-2lbs of lean mass a week. If you don't believe me, ask any knowledgeable person here, like Patrick Arnold. For most PH's today, I would say 3-4lbs of lean mass in 6 weeks would be considered very, very good.
It doesn't matter if it's your first cycle, you have to remember these ph's dont even come close to test, trenbolone, etc. You very well might gain 15lbs, but it's going to be mostly water, fat and glycogen.
Not trying to sound like a dick, just giving you a reality check. Cause i've been there, believed that. There is a reason why 99% of loggers look like n00bs, it's because they are. Try stuffing 15-20 extra large chicken breasts down your shirt. You would look like a completely different person with 15-20lbs of pure muscle. You might get that with 16 weeks of test stacked with another hormone. But nothing legal today will get you close. Of course, all that assuming your diet is going to be legit.

You do realize that compounds like superdrol are actually quicker at putting on mass than test right? M1T is like that also, and is probably one of the best mass builders ever...

M1t has been banned. I cannot say personally since i've never taken test or superdrol, but from everyone i've talked to that has taken both compounds prefer test. I'm talking short ester tests > SD, and the peak weeks of long ester tests > SD. SD looks better on paper, but i've never actually heard anyone say they prefer it over comparable test. But i'm sure there are people that do.
Anyways, it is only humanly possible to grow so much, even with steroids. So even if he got his hands on M1t, or was taking a SD clone, his liver is only going to be able to produce x amount of muscle, no matter how many hormones he is dumping into his system.
All that aside, he is taking bold, which is extremely mild. Not any of the hormones you mentioned. If ANYONE gained 15lbs of muscle on ANY cycle ever on here they would look COMPLETELY different. I have seen countless logs, and it has never happened and will never happen.

I know that bold is mild...i was addressing your blanket statement.
And people prefer test due to the lower sides and more sustainable gains, not becuase it puts on quicker mass.

I'm following man. I believe you can do it. one word of advice, I would start the 3ad early seeing as how bold doesn't kick in til around week 4.
Edit: I saw you use pb in your postworkout shakes. Is there a reason? I have read the fats delays the absorption of the protein after a workout and to stay away from high amounts of fat for at least 4 hours post workout.

I gained 12-15lbs solid mass after 10-12 wks BOLD @ 600 mg w/Testabolan. Used Reversitol for PCT and kept every pound.
It's possible.

Allright everyone let's stop with the weight gain/steroid discussion.
I said that the 15-20lbs were a wish, a goal...
Now i know, "thanks" to craig mack that i am not gonna attain it, but what was wrong with setting a high goal?
CRAIG Why do you think people keep posters of pro bbuilders in their rooms? Or role models? For freaking motivation.
I may not succeed and gain the weight i want, since as you clearly stated it's IMPOSSIBLE. But i'm still going to give my best shot at this cycle.
NOW Craig GTFO my log. I know what steroids do and how fast we can grow, i don't need your negativity nor sarcasm.
And i'd like to keep this log on truck.

I just finnished a cycle of Dymethazine 6 weeks (30-30-30-45-45-45) and gained 17.6 lbs.
Yes, I was comming from a cut, but Im sure Ive gained at least 10 lbs of LBM.

Before Pictures
Here are the before pictures i promised. I will take new pictures every monday so that we can gauge the progress.
In this eight weeks i am planning to completely change my physique and get back in the shape i used to be.
Hopefully muscle memory will kick in and aid trough the process.

Day 2
Taken 800mg everything was ok, veins seemed to be popping out more than usual. But it may be placebo (probably).
Day 3
Did back/biceps/forearms after taking the pictures and let me say the pumps were insane. Way more powerful than the usual Animal Pump ones, by the end of the workout i could not move my wrists because of the crazy pumps.
Very good Workout, energy and focus trough the roof.
Tomorrow is cardio and extensive core training.

Day 4
Took 400mg in the morning - 200 mg before workout -200mg right now
Workout was chest, triceps and shoulders
My shoulders are extremely weak so i need to focus on more exercises aimed to strengthen them expecially the front side. I noticed today how my shoulders were having a hard time staying in place (i always had very loose shoulder joints but now i want to take advantage of the bold to add some mass around my RC)
Anyone can suggest some good exercise for the front side of my shoulders?
Notes
-yesterday night was hard to go to sleep but when i did i slept like a stone for 9 hours
-i am having crazy good dreams since i started the cycle
-I am always hungry, i keep eating nothing makes me feel completely full
-my feet start tingling at random moments, like i can feel blood flow trough them, i don't know it's weird...
Anyway Workout was intense but i felt like i didn't hit my pecs as good because of my shoulders.. tomorrow is going to be legs and shoulders
I will take 400 mg 1 hour before working out plus animal pump. it's going to be insane
People buckle in becaus it's going to be intense!

Just came back from the grocery store
130$ in good healthy food and i also bought around 15lbs of meat +plus i have 5more lbs in the refrigerator. hopefull it will last more than a couple of weeks
the protein stash, i will cook some chicken and dumplings tomorrow.
I think everything is ready for a massive bulk
What do you think?

Today lethargy hit me very hard, i fall asleep at 6pm and woke up 90 minutes later, i guess i will have to start popping some caffeine pills just in case.
