15 hours!
Hey gang, I've gotten a lot of good help before on the forums and could use some now.
At my job were doing a biggest loser contest and I've dropped about 13% of my body weight since mid jan. Well the final weigh in is tomorrow and I have found out the other top person is at 15%. I plan to weigh in wearing as little possible which will take off about a lb. I've been doing a water cut since saturday provided by my trainer.
So my question is with the last 15 hours in sight what can I do so cut out as much as possible of the superficial weight? Thanks everyone!
