    Shoulder pain go away!

    i hurt my left shoulder from benching. i can do every thing else tho fine. i play hockey still. i work out every other muscle group even shoulders. it just hurts when i bench. took a month off of bench and went back today and it still hurts. i cant see how it can be something serious tho if i can do all those other things with out pain. maybe more time off? any suggestions. (i dont have health insurance so dr. is very very last resort)

    I have an AC separation that does not go away. I get injections about 1 per year, but that has never remedied the issue for long though. Without seeing the Dr. it will be hard to know if it is something major or minor. If you have taken as much time off as you say, your only alternative may be the Dr. Good Luck!!!
