Do I have a chance?
I'm currently 18, about 170, and compete collegiately in the decathlon for Western Washington University. My question is, I have always been a power lifter with a pretty good physique but don't know if I can make it in body building. I want to eventually compete but don't know how hard it will be with 8-9 months of track on season. Any one here done it? Suggestions? I usually carry a very low body fat % all year and have troubles with any sort of bulking/putting on weight. I need to/can afford to put on about 10-15 pounds of muscle. Obviously not in a years time.

well assuming you are already strong, you should have no problem filling out more man. Just eat like a horse and get your 8+ hours every night.

All maxes look good, i would say that your bench should be more IMHO. Just eat excessive calories, but make them good calories and weight should come on nicely.
PM if you need anymore help.

I'll definatly try to get my chest up to par. There is a natural body building competition in Arlington in August. Too soon? I have 3 months to train basically.

Don't forget how long contest prep takes. 3 months away for a first comp is really pushing it considering you may need to have 10 weeks+ of contest prep

It's 4 months out almost to the day, personally I don't think I could prepare that quickly. I am currently under 5% body fat and have been lifting track specific olympic lifts lately. I'm just wondering if I can transfer my track tuned body if you will, to body building. I'll put some pictures up soon for you guys to decide. I've had a handful of friends do the BSN Ironman and Vancouver nationals and they want me to try it. I just don't want to go up there and be put to shame.
