What do you think of this injury? doesnt make sense-- Has anyone had this?
I had what I thought was tendinitis (lateral epicondylitis)
but its not the usual spot
it hurts when i flex or curl, however after working out the area----and during working out, the pain is totally gone and stays gone until rested....
Usually with tendinitis theres more pain with movement in the affected area but mines the opposite
Have any of u guys experienced this in any muscle group?
boo

That's odd, I've never heard of an injury with those symptoms. I recommend trying some acupuncture. You'd be surprised what injuries can be helped by simply placing needles in your meridians or energy flow. Give it a try, it certainly can't do any damage like a chiropractor could.

its kinda interesting you talk about that cause I did study for MS in TCM----but have not finished it yet so I know about the points.
But, it really didnt help at all even moxa. Even tryed opposite arm to find that sore spot correlating to the left arms pain.

Hormonal releases can "mask" pain and discomfort until transient levels subside.

heya glad to hear someone else has same thing.
well im not glad to hear about your pain dude but u know what i mean.
I read the article hear about tendinosis and what the Dr. (dont know is name) said to do.
VERY slow reps starting with the area not hurting working up to the area. Then go faster reps. Then raise the weight and repeat.
I tried it yesterday and the pain is way better today exc below my biceps but kinda feels like a regular workout post soreness.
But, I only was able to use 5lbs and 10 lb DBs!!!!
Jeesh
Anways just thought Id pass it along

it could be very mild tendonitis now, which is why after warming up the pain goes away. I'd rest it for 2 weeks and use light weights/stretching then see what happens when you come back
