I started this stack last Monday March 30th. So I will start logging this in week 2. Stack is dosed as follows.
Lift Days: AX 2 AM, 1 preworkout, 2 PM w/ 1 Novedex XT each night
Non-Lift Days: AX 2 AM, AX 2 PM, and 1 Novedex XT
Other supps: Whey, Multi, Beta Alanine, Micro Creatine, Fish Oils
I am not going to keep track of the food that I eat each day and log it. I know my diet is in tune as I have done plenty of research and have been doing this for a while. This will kind of be different than other logs because I wont be in as much detail about food or complimentary lifts. I will try and log my powerlifts as often as I can. I have alot going on so its hard to get on here everyday.
I have been through 2 ACL surgeries within the last year so I am trying to get my squat back to normal and that is a struggle so bear with me on that.
I am maxing this week just to get an idea where I am at as I am pretty much right in the beginning of this long cycle.
Today was chest and bis. For bench I did 135x12, 225x6, 275x4, 300x1, and I got 330 finally. I think I could have gotten 335 possibly. Anyway I thought that was a decent starting point and am looking forward to seeing the gains I get from this stack.
Once again this is a different kind of log with me not being able to get on here at all times. I would just like to share with you all throughout this stack on how it is going and what changes and gains are taking place. Ask questions any time and we will see how this thing goes. Im pumped for it as this is the first test booster/AI supplements I have used.
