Just bought some, it says mix with water, but would it be alright to mix with milk?

Yes. It's actually recommended because you can get even more calories/protein.

I wouldn't do Pre. Maybe post. But I would take a straight whey post and take cytogainer as my other shake some other time of the day.

I remember I found the c&c flavor in milk was insanely good when I tried this years ago.

Besides better taste, mixing with milk will also add extra calories that you want for gaining size. Don't take it pre workout but it is fine to take post workout.

IMO, if you took it pre workout, you would probably just get dizzy. Cytogainer packs a lot of stuff in one huge shake. better take after for sure!

General rule with milk and water and protein powder goes if your cutting, stick with water, if ur bulking, go with milk. I would say a skim milk would be a better choice, plus it would make it taste even better. I wouldn't go whole cuz of its higher fat within it.

You can do it in 2 ways. I suggest it better for post workout over pre-workout, unless if its over an hr before you start. You can also use cytogainer as a breakfast shake or a snack shake(maybe 2 scoops instead of 4). This would help keep you protein/calorie count for a good bulk.

Both is perfectly fine. The reason I would say its would make a decent breakfast shake is because of the calories and protein plus having vitamins and minerals in it to help start off the day. Cytogainer, like other gainers, help inch in the protein and calories to a level where you can gain muscle mass and weight.
I currently take a crazy breakfast shake with 2 scoops of Dymatize Elite 12-Hour protein with flaxseed, pb, banana, acai berry, and other good stuff along with some eggs to get a great start in the am. Breakfast is the most important meal and it starts off the day after a long night off burning calories and having your muscles kinda hungry.
Its good that your eating 5 meals a day to keep the metabolism going so u burn some fat as you gain. On days that you feel ur calories or protein for the day are lacking, cytogainer can save the day without having to grill up a huge steak or chicken breast haha.

don't listen to the maybes. this product was designed to take post-workout. one look at the ingredients will tell anyone who knows a thing or two about post-workout nutrition that this is MADE for PWO. this stuff rocks the house though. if you're bulking, it's one of the best gainers available for you.
*also.. if you take a decent multivitamin, and protein with bcaa's in the morning, don't waste your money by takin it in the morning.
