Hey
Basically I have wanted to put on muscle and get a bit more ripped for a while, but I cant really judge myself, I dunno what I should be doing at the moment.
I've never been big into this, which is why I've come here, because most of you guys all have tons of experience in this field..
Basically right now I'm 17 years old, weigh in at about 125-126 pounds and I'm about 5ft 5-ish.

I know I have a horrible body (and I need a tan pretty damn badly).
Anyhow, what do you think I should start doing?
Right now all I do is run about 4 miles a day, and walk something like 3 miles too, thats about my minimal excercise for the day, as well as some pressups and crunches.
I cant say I am in the worst shape I have ever been in, I can run quite far and at a nice pace, but I just think maybe it is time to change a bit..
