Ways to help with soreness?

Any of you guys have any tips to help soreness? Other then some stretching and more protein?

I don't get sore............

Perhaps it's the whey protein shakes.. or the creatine I take?

I only got sore when I first started out. For the first week or two. Now, I don't feel anything. Maybe a tiny bit of fatigue in my pecs or my quads (biggest muscles)..... but no sore

The only time you should stretch is directly after a workout. Holding each stretch for at most 20 seconds. Stretching on a injured/sore muscle is not a good idea, it would only cause further breakdown of your muscle tissue.

What helps is taking a cold shower directly after a workout to reduce swelling. The next day, if you're still sore, try contrast showers. On cold for one minute, on hot for 2 minutes, repeat 6 times.

Occasionally I will be sore but say fuk it and go to the gym anyways. I always feel better after my workout than before, even if I'm directly working the sore muscles. People on her will say don't work sore muscles, but I dunno. I added a few lbs to my bench max on Monday when my shoulder were hurtin...
