To those of you complaining about his waist...
It's the off season! Don't make any judgments until the Olympia. If, at that time, his waist is still large, flame him to no end. But again, this is the time for mass gaining. Plus, if you ask me, I think his shoulder to waist ratio is still awesome.
I'm not a blind Wolf fan, either. I am more of a Flex Lewis and Heath fan. Just sayin'Bodybuilding literally saved my life.

...He's ****ing german, jesus, not everyone can tan like a cali homo (jay, yes, talking about you)
He's the baddest man in bodybuilding today, and he will take the 2009 O!
I really don't see how you guys talk about "waist" and "controlling" in the same sentence as Ronnie Coleman.
There's only one man better than Dennis right now and that's Dex, but he's 40 pounds lighter.
I think badell takes the cake there...Last edited by strawser9; 04-11-2009 at 06:39 AM.

If he weighs 225 tops, than Silvio would be his size which isn't the case. And we've had this discussion about Dexter looking the same before. He just maintains his proportions, but adds more muscle, so unless you pay attention to his improvements or pics, of course you are going to think he looks the same. But when he stands next to another competitor, you can tell he is a lot bigger.
Dexter weighs a legit 235-240. And Jay was nowhere near 250 at this Olympia. He was at least 260. Its mostly in his back.1 Stripe Blue Belt, Gracie Barra BJJ (Reps to BJJ/MMA brahs)

He looks bigger than Dexter cus of his structure and height, not cus of weight.
And Phil weighed around 215 2-3 years ago at the NY Pro and then took that year off to gain 15 pounds, so he was around 230 at his first Arnold and Ironman and add around 5-10 pounds to that and he is around his 08 Olympia weight. And Dexter definately weighted around 235 cus his back was much better this year then in past years. Hietetade Yamageishe weighs around 215 in contest and is Dexter's height and is nowhere near his level, so for Dexter to only be 220-225 is off.
Lee Priest comes in at 220-230 sometimes and is even shorther.
They do, but sometimes they also tell the truth and it isn't exactly hard to make a prediction on how much they weight either when they are compared to people who are legit weights.
Why can't people except the fact that not every pro lies everytime they say something.Last edited by Clean; 04-12-2009 at 06:55 PM.

Yes they don't look that big, they are exaggerating their weights. Dorian was barely 260 in 93/94, and at 5' 11" with a thick bone structure and lots of mass would weigh way more than these guys. Ronnie 250-255 in 1999, and way bigger/thicker and taller.
Dorian has also commented on the 'supposed' weights of BBers.
Weight means nothing anyway. The fact that people are saying Dex looks 220-225, matters the most.My routine:

Fri - Biceps
Sat - Triceps
