I have been running 4 miles a day for about 3 weeks(Sunday is my day off). I recently stepped it up to 6 miles a day, and my left knee is beginning to hurt. Am I destroying my joints or is this pain normal?

it's not good for your body
I used to run ten miles a day, 6 days a week, **** killed me, I did it for endurance though
If you're doing it for cutting or something for maintenance, then cut your miles in half or your body will be doing more damage than good, pain in your muscles is good, but when it's your joints, it's time to lighten up on your workoutH.C.E.S.D. 6

I wasn't really concerned with muscle at the time, so I was even lifitng. Sad, sad thing. I had decent muscle mass and was lean too. I got down to 189, and I looked pretty good. I don't think I'd do that 9 miles a day knowing what I know now, but it was a hell of a cardio workout and made me feel comletely healthier everyday.
Nothin but a peanut!
Even if winning isn't logical, losing is far from optional.
