    Cottage cheese macros

    Cottage cheese has a higher % protein than milk of the same milk fat %

    however different brands have different macros because of sugar they add back in.

    My question is, does anyone know what the natural macros would be without sugar added back in because I am planning on trying to make my own using skim milk.
