    limiting carbs

im 5'9 im at 173 pounds right now probably around 12% bf.. Im trying to cut down to about 10%bf macros right now are 155g pro and 75g fat. I want to limit carb consumption to under 100gs a day till i get to my goal im just wondering where to incorporate the loss of daily calories i dont really want to go up on my protein way to much dont mind the fats it seems like i have more energy when i get some good fats before my workouts. Also reading and researching re-feeds since my carbs will be low plus ive been cutting for about 4 months im down 55 pounds. Just looking for some advice thanks fellas.

Cutting basically means a caloric deficit...so why on earth would you need/want to compensate for the cals lost when limiting your carb intake? Upping calories is the last thing you want to be doing on a cut.

Kind of hard to give advice without knowing your TDEE and caloric goal

Edit: allocate the remaining calories as you see fit. As long as you hit your fat and protein macros, there is no requirement as to how you use the remaining calories.

As long as you're getting at least 140 grams of protein and 80 grams of fat, the macronutrient composition of your remaning calories is really just a function of personal preference.
