Anyone tried this or any other type off chest specialization programme?

Monday your train the upper inner pecs
Wednesday Middle Pec
Friday Lower and outer pecs

Any thoughts on this?

At your stage of the game, a program like that is utterly irrelevant. First, focus on making your chest grow by adding weight to the bar on basic exercises like barbell bench, incline barbell bench or dumbbell press (not all in one single workout though). There is no point of isolating different areas of a muscle when the whole muscle itself is not properly developed first.

At 5' 8" and 147 lbs you don't need any specialization. Just all over mass.
