okay so i've been taking seriouse mass by optimum nutrition, for quite some time now, this coupled with BCCA's & Glutamine. Im currently 156 lbs.
I now want to bulk up to 170-180lbs, i have been trying by increasing my weights, however i'd quite like to get there quicker than what it took me to get to how i look now (2 years) I'm getting tired of running through huge amount of product reveiws & websites on which supplements could help me achieve this. There is just to many products out there all claiming to "pack on Lbs of muscle."
Im just wanting some of you who know about this to suggest some good supplements for a hard gainer (very hard gainer, the amount i had to work to get to where iam now was insane!!!) Just to let you guys get a better idea of what sups is best for me, i work out five times a week; 45 mins-1 hour.

It's mostly about your diet. Having a soild diet with enough calories/protein/carbs and all that will beat out almost any supp any day.

Wow 7,000 calories eh? Try some cell volumization:
Creatine monohydrate + Static Stretching + Anabolic Pump. This will definitely increase the volume of the muscle cell which causes protein synthesis. Make sure to drink 4 - 8 L of water per day and I guarantee that you will put on some size.USPlabs Representative. Alpha Manlet.
Deadlift: 525 lbs at 164 lb body weight. No straps. 3.2 x bw.
Squat: 260 lbs x 15 reps to parallel at 164 body weight. No belt. No wraps.
Dumbbell Bench Press: 100 lb dumbbells x 14 reps at 164 lb body weight.

I have never used creatine before so im defo up for that, however, i dont understand what you mean by : "Static Stretching" I would assume you just mean stretching. I have looked into Anabolic pump, looks good, reveiws on here are very good! Can i use the MassFX and Hyperdrol x2 combo with this though?

mass comes from cals, not from supps. If you want to be big, you have to eat big. consider the following:
- 6+ meals per day, focus on whole foods (chicken, fish, beef, oats, veggies, fruits, nuts, natural pb, milk, etc.)
- first thing in the mornign and pre and post workout have a shake with a scoop of whey+cup of oats+water or milk
- Use these calculators to calculate maintenance:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa64.htm
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/idssports3.htm
- Then go to fitday.com and input your diet. Shoot for a 40%/40%/20% macro breakdown for carbs/protein/fat for a bulk
- Start by tweaking your cals to be about 500 over maintenance and increase from there in increments of 100 or so until you break weight gain plateau for a bulk
MAN Clout is a great option for a creatine plus product for strength, endurance and recovery. Plus it is a non-proprietary formula so you know exactly how much of each ingredient you are getting.
