I'll keep this short. I'm going to be running a 30 day log of STOKED/LX. Looking to gain some lean muscle with summer approaching.
Weeks 1-4; STOKED, 4ed ; LX, 2 ed
STOKED will be taken 2 AM, 2 PM. LX will be 1 upon rising, 1 four hours later. I just placed the order ten minutes ago so it should be at my door in about 3 days I'd say. I'll get some pictures as well as my weight/stats up here soon enough. For now, time to hit the sack....class in 5 hours, FML.

Sweet I'm in! I am about to finish up my stoked/act Xtreme log in about 10 days, then I am starting lean xtreme by itself on a bulk. After a month break from that, I want to run Lean Xtreme with stoked so I am interested in seeing how this goes. Good luck man!

Change to the procedure----Day 1
I'm still waiting for my Stoked to get in so I re-structured my regime a little bit. I have about 16 days left of old Max Out (4/day). Starting today I started taking MO 4/day and LX 2/day. Once the MO is gone it will just be the Stoked/LX combo, I'm basically just trying to get rid of this MO.
Forgot take take my weight here on day 1 but will tomorrow. Today is one of my first days in the gym for about a month, I was slackin lol. I took 2 Basic Cuts (which came free with LX) about 45 mins prior to workout and had some good energy. Workout was alright, not anything special my any means. Will keep updated tomorrow, when hopefully my Stoked gets in.

Day 2
STOKED came in today along with my Animal Pump. I need a little pre-workout boost to get me going. I got them after I worked out so I will start taking STOKED tomorrow.
Took 1 LX, and 2 MO at 9am. Another LX at 1pm and my other two MO throughout the day.
Today was back/bi's. It was a good back workout but the bi workout kinda was a little on the weak sauce side. It feels good to be back in the gym hitting the weights again. Starting weight was 208lbs. It saddens me looking at my avatar seeing I was 225lbs not too long back then laziness hit me. Oh well, I'm getting in the groove of things again.
Excited to start STOKED.

Days 3-6
Haven't really gotten to update since day 2, been busy with work and school. Everything is still going good.
day 3 - shoulders
day 4 - off (played basketball)
day 5 - legs
day 6 - off (Easter Sunday)
Shoulders were crazy, I had an insane pump going on and energy that would last through the ying yang. And my legs are absolutely swole right now. It hurts like hell to stand up and sit down. I've been playing basketball about 3-4 times a week and I might have to take a little off this week in order to let my legs heal haha. I'm trying to improve my vert a bit so I'm going to continue to do calf exercises sporadically throughout the week.
I can feel my muscles hardening and I feel pumped constantly throughout the day. So far so good. I'm about to go workout my chest/tri's right now then study for a finance test I have later tonight. I'll update later on. Hopefully some of you are following along still. Laters.

Day 7
Did chest/tri's today and it was a great workout. I had a pump going throughout my chest the entire time. I am noticing a change in my appearance already. I'm leaning out while gaining muscle, and my shoulders seem as if they are widening out, which is just what I want.
I've been dosing like this as of late:
wake up - 1 LX, 2 MO, 2 STOKED, multi-vitamin
4 hours later - 1 LX, 1 MO
4 hours later - 1 MO
nighttime - 1 MO, 2 STOKED
Taking Animal Pump pre-workout as well.
Yesterday, a girl (babe ) at my gym asked for a spot on squats so I helped her out. We ended up leaving at the same time and got to talking, and out of the blue she asked for my number....quite surprised there lol. Woot, the extra confidence you have while on this.
Oh, and PSS....I think STOKED is kind of giving me this "alpha male" feeling. I'm normally a very very relaxed and chill guy but there is this one "male prostitute" I guess you could say that always is at this gas station. He's talked to me before but I always just shrug it off, but yesterday he started talking to me and out of nowhere I freaked out and told him to stay the f**k away from me, if he gets any closer he's going to get his a** beat, yada yada yada yada. It was a jolt of man-li-ness that normally doesn't verbally come out haha. Thought that was kind of funny. Ok, for now, enjoy!
